How to Enter
1. Capture a conversation
Chat with any character in Varenchat and take screenshots of a moment you’d like to share.
You can use one screenshot or several. You don’t need to share your entire conversation—just enough for someone else to understand the moment.
Need an idea? Try asking your character for Halloween candy and see where the conversation goes. This is only a suggestion; your entry does not need to involve candy, flirting, or a Halloween storyline.
2. Hide personal information and publish your post
Before posting, hide email addresses, user IDs, phone numbers, real names, and anything else that could identify you or another person.
Publish your screenshots on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok, using an image post, carousel, or short video supported by your chosen platform.
Your post must be public and published from the same account you’ll use to enter.
3. Add both hashtags and tag Varenchat

4. Comment “I posted!” on the official screenshot giveaway post
Using the same account that published your entry, return to the official Varenchat Halloween chat screenshot giveaway post on that platform and comment:
I posted!
You do not need to submit a link to your work. Our team will use your entry comment to visit your account and review your public post.
Both your post and your “I posted!” comment must be published during the entry period. Keep your entry publicly viewable until the draw and winner verification are complete.
Commenting “I posted!” without publishing a qualifying entry does not count. Comments on this blog or on the separate Halloween host vote giveaway post do not register an entry for this activity.
You do not need to follow, subscribe, like, or share our official posts. Joining Discord is optional when entering, but winners must use the official Discord to claim their prizes.

Who Can Enter
This giveaway is organized by Arcloom Labs LLC, the operator of Varenchat.
You must be 18 or older and live in a location where participation is permitted by applicable law.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or claim a prize. For activity-related questions, contact our team through the official Varenchat Discord.
What Makes an Entry Eligible?
Your entry must meet the following requirements:
- Use your own real Varenchat conversations. Do not submit screenshots taken from someone else.
- Keep the conversation authentic. You may crop screenshots, combine them into a collage, add decorations, or cover personal information. You may not fabricate or alter the chat text or change the meaning of the original conversation.
- Keep the text readable. One screenshot or several are both acceptable. Sharing your full chat history is not required.
- Protect personal information. Hide email addresses, user IDs, phone numbers, real names, and other identifying information belonging to you or anyone else.
- Follow the publishing platform’s rules. Entries must not contain unlawful material, harassment, hate, sexually explicit content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Complete every entry step on time. Publish your post with both hashtags and the official account tag, then comment “I posted!” on the corresponding official screenshot giveaway post.
- Keep your post publicly accessible. Our team must be able to find and review it through the account used for your entry comment until the draw and winner verification are complete.
Entry limits and duplicate submissions
Entry eligibility is counted by account. Each submitting account receives one eligible draw entry on a given platform. Additional posts or repeated comments from that account do not increase its chances.
Accounts on different platforms may enter and win separately. There is no one-prize-per-person limit across platforms.
However, the same work submitted more than once, including identical work reposted across platforms, counts as only one submission.
How Winners Are Selected
After entries close, we’ll review entry comments, published work, hashtags, and account tags to confirm eligibility.
We’ll combine eligible entries from Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, remove duplicates, assign entry numbers, and randomly draw 10 potential winners, along with an ordered list of alternates. We’ll retain a record of the draw.
Every eligible draw entry has an equal chance of selection. Creativity, character choice, likes, views, follower counts, and writing quality do not affect the result.
If fewer than 10 eligible entries remain after review, prizes will be awarded only to the eligible entries available.
Winner Announcements
The potential winner list will be published on November 3, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. PST in:
- The Varenchat blog.
- The activity announcements channel in the official Varenchat Discord.
Our official accounts will also attempt to notify potential winners by replying to their entry comments or sending a direct message where available.
Selection is provisional until eligibility and account ownership have been verified.
How to Claim Your Prize
Potential winners must submit complete claim information and finish the verification steps requiring their cooperation by November 10, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. PST.
To claim:
- Join the official Varenchat Discord, read the activity announcement, and contact the designated staff member.
- Enter the separate private claim channel created for you by our team.
- Provide your participation platform, submitting account, and Varenchat registration email, and cooperate with verification of your submitting account’s ownership.
Do not share your registration email in public channels or public comments. Varenchat will never ask for your password, login verification code, or a payment to release your prize.
If you submit complete information and finish the steps requiring your cooperation by the deadline, a processing delay on our side will not invalidate your claim.
Membership Delivery & Alternates
Membership rewards will be issued within three business days after verification is approved.
- If you do not have an active membership: your 30-day reward period starts on the date our team officially notifies you that your membership has been activated.
- If you already have an active membership: the 30-day reward will be added after your current membership expires.
Claiming a prize does not require a payment method. It will not create a new automatically renewing subscription or change the renewal settings of an existing paid subscription.
If a potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, or does not complete the required claim steps on time, we’ll contact the next alternate in the recorded order.
Alternates will have three business days to submit their information and complete the verification steps requiring their cooperation. Their official notification will specify the exact deadline, including the date, time, and time zone.
Your Content Stays Yours
You retain any rights you legally hold in your submitted work.
Entering this giveaway does not grant Varenchat permission to repost your work or use it in advertising.
If we’d like to feature your entry, we’ll contact you separately, explain the intended platform, format, and credit, and obtain your explicit permission before using it. Advertising or other uses require separate permission covering those uses.
Agreeing to or declining a repost request will not affect your eligibility, chances of winning, or ability to claim a prize.
Privacy & Platform Disclosures
We’ll use social account details, submitted work, entry comments, registration emails, and claim records to review entries, verify identity, conduct the draw, deliver prizes, and handle activity-related questions.
Public winner announcements will show only social account display names or usernames. We will not publish registration emails or private contact details.
Private claim channels will be restricted to the corresponding claimant and authorized staff. Discord server owners and people with administrator permissions may also be able to access them.
