OUR SERVICES
YumeChat offers interactive AI roleplay stories, AI characters, scene creation tools, subscriptions, and related entertainment features through text, media, and app experiences.
1.1. Medical disclaimer
YumeChat is not a healthcare provider, therapist, legal advisor, financial advisor, or emergency service. The Services should not be considered professional advice, medical care, mental health treatment, or a substitute for qualified professionals.
1.2. Emergencies
The Services are not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical, mental health, safety, or other emergency, call local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
2.1. Becoming a member
You may be required to create an account to access and use certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2. Subscriptions
YumeChat may offer free features, paid subscriptions, credits, or premium features. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through the marketplace or payment provider where you purchased them.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
You may cancel a paid subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider where you purchased it. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, digital purchases and subscription fees are final and non-refundable.
CONDITIONS OF USE
6.1. User conduct
You are responsible for content you submit or create through the Services. You agree not to submit content that infringes rights, contains malware, poses a privacy or security risk, is threatening or abusive, exploits minors, promotes self-harm, terrorism, illegal drugs, hate, sexual exploitation, criminal activity, or otherwise interferes with the Services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Services, software, designs, characters, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and service content are owned by YumeChat or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, lease, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
APPLE APP STORE AND GOOGLE PLAY STORE LEGAL INFORMATION
Additional app store terms may apply to applications downloaded through Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google are not responsible for YumeChat content, maintenance, support, or claims except as required by their marketplace rules.
WARRANTY, INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or reliability.
